BEE ain’t broke - FM article

Please excuse the indulgence so early in the new year. I wrote this about six months ago for the FM but the article may be a little more relevant now that that disastrous BEE Bill has been published for comment. It's on the shelves right now.

If you are the average BEE commentator then you'll know I'm talking about you.

The average BEE commentator’s starting point is to criticise the slow uptake of BEE and to suggest greater state intervention to enforce compliance across the board. The first observation is flawed, rendering the suggested remedy unnecessary.
