Anybody had any experience in reporting fronting to the DTI. I know of a company that is very concerned about a high profile fronting case and wants to ensure that the DTI investigates it.
Please respond in the comments section. We'd all love to know how to do it properly
I have no experience of DTI reporting, but in the case of SARS there is an elaborate mechanism to protect one's identity e.g. a payroll officer instructed by a director to do something illegal, SARS simply arrives to do an onsite inspection of PAYE, etc.
The best thing to do is talk to DTI and ask for their procedues, reporting protection, etc.
